"I LOVE coming here! I have really thick long and wavy hair and sometimes I don’t want to spend 2 hours doing my own hair for special occasions. Amero gives me the best blow dry in 30 minutes! The salon is also very accommodating in scheduling appointments so that’s also a plus for me :)"

"This is my first 1 star review and I’m not one to ever write negative reviews. I’ve never seen a hairstylist so rude to other clients, his own employees and he seems to have a temperament issue. I’m a patient and understanding person and looked past his unwarranted rude behavior until today. The owner, Amero, denied his salon services indefinitely without providing a reason initially and I was very puzzled and surprised so I asked him a few times until he said it’s because “your hair takes too long.” What a joke! The service I requested was a simple shampoo and blow dry but he denied service because “my hair takes too long.” I find his unprofessional excuse to be very odd. He’s done shampoo and full blow out to my hair a few times and all within approx 45min which is how long the average shampoo/blowout takes. He is short staffed and is always stressed out as a result which is no excuse for poor and delayed service to his clients. He also does not know how to do updos. Good luck."

"Amero-Banero was super friendly and we formed a good friendship over my first appointment! He taught me Italian and French while he gave me a great haircut. The body that my hair had after the cut was absolutely amazing. I'm definitely coming back :) - Coco"

"!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! NO LICENSE WAS EVEN DISPLAYED ON WALLS!!! If I could give a salon 0/5 stars, trust me I would, clearly Amero does not know how to deal with Dark/ brown/ Black hair, I asked for a simple balayage and received HIGHLIGHTS? Not even in the color I asked for!! Extremely unprofessional method of coloring, left my hair with chunks of untouched hair, leaving lines in the middle of my hair where he missed the bleach. He even ADMITTED he messed my hair up after i pointed out his numerous mistakes. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone to go to get their hair colored here, trust me, I was very insistent on going here and completely regretted my decision. Now have to wait three months to get it fixed so I don't fry my hair. Not worth the price, and a complete waste of time, I am urging anyone who wants to go here to just find any place but here, I wish there had been a review like this that prevented me from going here. While I was getting my hair done as well, he was talking horribly about his clients!! Saying he was"sick of them" and curses them under his breath, he has an anger issue and treats the poor hispanic lady (i believe her name is jenny) in an inhumane way, constantly snapping and getting angry at her. HE CALLED WHAT HE GAVE ME A BALAYAGE!!"
