"Worst experience ever! I don’t even want to give this place a one star. First, it was difficult to communicate to the staff as to what style we wanted. They either ignored or didn’t understand what I wanted in terms of style. My son left in tears because the male stylist shaved his head, I specifically asked him not to shave his head. My stylist made rude comments about my hair condition and didn’t fully brush my hair out before hacking away. My hair is extremely uneven and inches shorter than I asked. Please do not go to this location!!!! Rude staff and they do not listen nor do they know how to cut."

"The male barber needs to learn some manners. I hope great clips start some short of people skills training for those barbers. I got hair cut which he messed up, plus he was asking for tip out loud. Tip is something that customers give if they satisfied with the service and receive some hospitality. Learn those things first, then you don’t even have to ask for tip out loud."

"It's not a good place for a haircut. Lady who works there does the haircut whatever she knows, and she also trimmed my beard while trimming my hair, and I corrected myself after getting home. I think she does not even concentrate on the work she's doing. I had a bad experience, and I am not going back to that store."

"Got a cut from Ken - he's one of the best and does exactly what you need and better. (Just tell him what you want properly) Service doesn't feel rushed and the place is extremely well run. In terms of management, couldn't be better. Cares a lot about the business and is very customer savvy. If you properly advocate for what you want, staff is more than willing to accommodate and make things happen. I live ~20 min away, but I'm always happy to make the bimonthly trip to get a quality cut. Highly recommend."

"5.99 for a haircut?? Not a bad price! I always wondered why people spend $20 to CUT their hair!! Now I know. You get what you pay for..... This is a long review, so sorry in advance! I received a coupon in the mail and went to a great clips based on a friend's recommendation. I went on their website and was able to find the nearest one and actually check in online, which was pretty cool. However, once I got there there were only two people there no other customers ahead of me and the hair stylist kept asking what's my last name...what's my first name...whats my last name...whats my first name. We went through this a couple times and finally she was able to check me in. We went to the back and I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. She didn't seem to understand what I was showing her, so I pulled up a few more pictures, and she still didn't seem to understand. She definitely cut more than I had asked and it looked on even when she showed me in the mirror. In the end I ended up just tying my hair up and paying and leaving. She was really sweet, but didn't seem too experienced. I would suggest coming here ONLY if you want a very basic trim. The salon itself was very clean, but also it was empty when I came in. Oh, and the salon didn't have actual doors..."
