"RUN dont WALK to the Ulta salon!! Eszter and Felicia are the absolute best hair stylists in the DMV (if not the world probably) I primarily see Eszter who is an exceptional hairdresser and she always goes above and beyond what I ask her to do. She’s really more like a magician bc I have no idea how she manages to make my hair look ethereal every time. I love talking to her and catching up is easy since she’s so sweet and cool. Felicia is so warm and funny, making my visit so pleasant each time and giving me little tips about my hair to keep it healthy. I have been to a lot of different salons but I am unimpressed with the others now that i’ve gone to Eszter and Felicia. Not only are they competent, they are extremely kind and trustworthy. No one is doing it like them truly!"
"I had a fantastic experience at ulta's hair salon with Eszter. She did a great job for my root touch-up. She patiently and carefully choose a color that suits my roots. And at the end, I was really excited about the beautiful effect my hair color got. They had a very calm and clean environment."
"Terrible service. First, I could not find anyone to help me. I finally found a lady and asked her my question. She said the front desk could help. I went to the front desk and three women were there talking. No one paid attention to the fact that I was there. I said I have a question, and one person turned towards me. As I was asking my question, Door Dash or some other food delivery person came in, and that lady left to get food from him. When she returned, I continued to ask the question. It appeared to me that she knew nothing about the product. I was so frustrated, I said never mind, I will go someplace else qhere they know something. I intend to go to Sephora tomorrow."
