"This place really needs to be repaired! The ceiling tiles have water dripping in several places. Tile missing from floor, windows leak, they have towel wadded up on them if it rains. Tiles missing from ceiling. Cob webs swinging from lights. If it's not going to be taken care of it shouldn't be open to dine in."

"The staff was not particularly welcoming but were decent. We got the blizzard, which is supposed to be flipped upside down to show that the ice cream is hard. Our cups were not flipped, but we were hopeful the ice cream would be good. Instead, by the time I walked outside to the parking lot, my ice cream was running down the sides of the cups. It leaked into the car and all over the seats. 5 minutes into our drive home, it had turned into soup. I am completely disappointed. If the ice cream had not been of good quality, we should have been informed. I've never had such a horrible DQ experience. Will never be back."
