"I went in for a simple straight line trim. The hairdresser was really nice and kept checking in to make sure the amount she was cutting was okay since it was a good bit I was getting taken off. After she washed and cut my hair, she didn’t dry it so i’m not sure how I was supposed to tell it was evenly cut. The total also came out to more than the reserved price online. So she sent me off in cold weather with soaking wet hair and when I got home and blow dried it myself I got to find out that it was soo uneven. No matter how I fluff or arrange it, it’s not a straight line across. I should have asked her to dry it so I can see if it’s actually straight while I was still there so that’s on me. I will definitely not be returning and I will have to figure out how to cut the longer pieces off myself."
