"Left waiting at the counter 5-7 min while employees joked about not wanting to help. When help arrived she was actually ruder than the first two employees. I get better service in worse neighborhood staples."

"Yesterday, I showed up with an urgent print request for my daughter's graduation. I needed a display poster by 1p...which could be used at her ceremony at 4p. Thanks be to God, I was served by Dre. Though he was working on his own, he was patient in helping me navigate the ordering process and even allowed me to change my order after it had been placed. In the end, Dre delivered my product an hour ahead of schedule...in good order. Outstanding."

On each occasion DeAndre, Keisha and Brian did not hesitate to assist. During what I would describe as the most difficult time in my life, they were instrumental in assisting me with patience and care. I cannot thank you all enough!!"

"Absolutely astonishing. They sold me ink that was previously opened by accident. I called as soon as I learned of the issue. The sales assistant told me to bring it back for a refund. I drove out of my way to return it after a 10 hour day only to be treated horribly by the General Manager. She never apologized she just berated the young sales assistant until he and I felt bad. It's terrible to have these types of experiences. Kudos to the assistant for not responding to a very unprofessional leader."
