"Regarding the service and the staff- The pricing of the service is never quite clear. I was charged extra for the length of my hair when I came in with extensions, and I was also charged a styling fee (because of the difficulty that comes with working with extensions). My stylist began washing my hair, and never lifted my head to reach the underside of my scalp. The shampoo was concentrated above my forehead and slapped back and forth; my scalp did not feel clean after washing. The stylist brushed my hair quite roughly. She quickly cut my hair; she never checked if both the left and right sides of my hair were equal in length. I left the salon with hair in my hoodie, an uneven haircut, and sopping wet hair. I asked for leave in conditioner a few times, and was seemingly ignored. Regarding the atmosphere- The establishment seemed dirty. There was loose hair all over the floor. The vents above the stylist's chair were coated in dirt. The stylist's station had a towel with someone else's hair on it, a dirty clipper, and used brushes. The stylist ensured me she washed the brush used to comb my hair prior to doing so."

"After years of staying with my stylist and commuting to Vienna, my wife introduced me to her own, Sandy, at the Ashburn location and I started using her services for a hair-cut. I try to have my appointment early in the morning with less people. Decent space inside and Sandy does a good job with mu hair. She is very available once you line up an appointment. Located in the Ashburn Village shopping center around the back."
