"Driving to Pittsburgh my cousin and I decided to grab a bite to eat and the entire experience was a shock. Ketchup on the floor, ill rude employees and teens running around not waiting on customers. The credit card machine wasn't working after we waited she told me it wasn't working and it was cash only no signs saying this. Young teens running around and employee sitting on the counter. We had to use the kiosk and then the girl employee just dropped our food like it was a bad habit. This experience was rude and was not appreciated."

"Gave us rong order took it back to them ma ger very rude Manger she said thats what we ordered I told her NO I have it right here where I payed for what I ask for. I ask for my money back she said I will remake the order I said No it should have been right when you gave it to me as with 5 other people had same problem. Got my money back also to her about the soda not working she said what can I do about it told me to get something different."

"Went thru the Chestnut Street McDonald's drive thru to get a simple Happy Meal because of the Pokémon cards. I asked for the Hamburger to have NO Pickles, NO Mustard and EXTRA Ketchup with EXTRA onions... umm see my pic? There are 2 Pickles, There is Definitely Extra MUSTARD when tasting, and where are the little onions and extra Ketchup??? Geez, it seems like a simple request. The good things were the French fries were fresh and not hard, the Iced Coffee I got was made correctly and the people at the Windows were nice. At least it was not a total fail today."

"Stop here to use the restroom... and bought a sundae since I don't like taking and not giving back. The restaurant feels clean and the service was a little slow. I think it's because they had a big order? The lady at the counter saw me waiting and asked if I needed help. I ordered a sundae from the kiosk and she got it for me right away."
