Buffalo Wild Wings

"Ordered for delivery. Was missing the dipping sauce for the tenders we ordered. Ordered a 6 count of boneless wings with two sauce choices, recieved one sauce only. Also missing my ranch. Small things, but kind of ruin the experience when you have your heart set on your order."

"Waitress kinda had an attitude and didn't refill a drink once without us having to flag her down, other than that it was great here! All the food was good, the restaurant was clean, everyone seemed to be doing a really great job. We got tons of wings and multiple different sauces, everyone's came out hot!"

"Got seated right away, place wasn't very busy at the time. I got bone in medium heat wings and the friends got boneless wings. We got the tater tot appetizer which was good.. My wings were just warm enough but others were still hot. Everything tasted great! Drinks were cold and served right away"

"Came in on a Saturday night with my boyfriend and got on the wait list, as expected. Was seated in a reasonable amount of time and sat at our table waiting to be greeted by our server. She came by and asked what we wanted to drink and walked away after we told her without getting the change to tell her an appetizer. When she came back she asked for our order, we have her our appetizer and asked to try a sauce sample. The manager brought the sample by with a small serving of fries to dip with. When our server came back we were out of water and had tried to ask her for more but once again, she left as soon as she arrived and didn't get the chance to mention it. Our food was brought out within a decent time and everything was correct and tasty. At this point we still didn't have any water so we proceeded to ask a nearby server for some since ours was no where to be seen. When we finished eating our server came by with the bill and boxes for us and left without listening to our request for a bag. We felt like a "drop it and go", waste of time to her the entire night. We also noticed that on our bill that we were charged .80¢ for our sample sauces and fries. Now I don't have a problem that we were charged for a sample, especially when its that little of an amount, but when I pointed it out to our server because we were unaware of the cost, she rudely replied with "um okay, what am I supposed to do about it" and proceeded to tell us there was "literally no was she could have told us there was a cost". Like seriously? I'm not mad that we were charged I just wanted to be made aware of it. I very much enjoy the food at any BWW, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service I received on a Saturday evening."
