"This place is a dumpster fire. The manager running it, if there is one, has no business being in the food service industry let alone customer service. Food comes out wrong and is poorly assembled. Trying to get customer service from the employees to resolve these issues is pointless as they will refuse to get the manager, even if that supposed manager is standing directly behind them. They will fight and argue with you to not fulfill a coupon code issued by corporate for previous incorrect and poorly assembled food. If I'm spending $15 on a burger and fries, it better be correct, properly assembled, and hot. Everyone in this building should be fired and replace with AI kiosks. There are much better places nearby to eat that you can get food from just as quickly. Maybe its time to just allow this business to fail. We will not be returning and I don't understand why you would continue to spend money here despite having the same issues over and over again as the reviews show. If you give this place your money, you deserve what you get."

"I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 months and they’ve gotten my order completely wrong every single time. Apparently you need to be miserable in order to work here I ordered a whopper and received this wet mess of a monstrosity(with bacon when I absolutely do not eat bacon) . $13 for a messy, incorrect order"

"Over the past few months, my breakfast order got worse each day until this last one. Took forever and when I got it, it was cold. Not warm but cold like it just came out of the fridge. I took a few bites and just ended up pitching it in the garbage. Plus, every time I ask the drive through attendant for something, they look at me like I am speaking a different language. Come on and get it together. In today’s world, you really need to stand out but not from terrible service"

"Everytime I order the big fish sandwich through door dash for your restaurant I request no pickles but they keep putting pickles on it,so next time I will come there in person to order the food"

"I used the app and dined in for breakfast, oddly enough there was crumbs on the tables and we were the only ones in the store. The food was mediocre not very hot and the coffee was so strong it was un drinkable. I ordered a side of bacon and it was one piece broke in half and it cost $2 that’s not right. The girl who rang me out was very friendly. Just seems like businesses aren’t really interested in taking pride in their ownership."
