"I try to rate a place against others in their own category. Paradise pub is not the Hyeholde and they do not pretend to be the Hyeholde. They have great food specials tailored by the day of the week (taco Wednesday, wing Thursday, etc). It’s pub grub. No complaints. It is a fun place to watch a Steeler game! The servers are pleasant. Melissa (bar) is fun and pays attention. The parking lot can get quite full, and there are no defined spaces. Whoever gets there first sets the tone for where the cars line up. It seems chaotic, but give yourself some space and pay attention. Things will be ok. It’s mostly local patrons, but they are friendly. Not like French people. I recommend for comfortable bar food and normal drinks at a good price."

"I order cheese tortellini. Sauce tasted burnt. We ordered two salads one with ranch in one balsamic vinaigrette. One came with ranch and one came Blue cheese. My girlfriend ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It came on top of spaghetti noodles. It was dry. Waitress never even asked what was wrong with it. How could she. Sat in the corner talking to her other table. 1st time there. Came in to watch the pens game. They didn't even have it on . I know ppl don't read are really care if new customers come into their establishment."

"The place was packed and the tables were crowded together, but the service and food for our party of 5 didn't suffer. Fish dinner was one of the specials, and they baked it for me. Large piece of perfectly cooked fish, with vegi and fries. My son had Lobster Mac, and by the look of his plate, it was pretty good too! The steak, chicken tenders and cheese stick sandwich is not for the faint of heart."
