"Online said they were opened Christmas Day. So we ordered online went to pick it up after paying for it all and turns out they were not opened been calling and emailing no one answers called corporate tells me their not taking calls at this time. Still no response in email. I want my money back"

"Just did an online order and paid online, pulled up to the drive through and no one answers, pull up to the window and no one can be seen inside the store even though the lights and online order are still on. Absolutely unacceptable after paying and not having service. Would recommend going to a more reliable Dunkin’s"

"Did mobile order asked for a vanilla crème donut. No crème. Ordered drinks for our long ride home. No straws. Also no coffee in the iced cappuccino just the flavoring. Only filled 3/4ths the way. Watered down coffee. Ordered a wrap. Was about half a wrap. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I could’ve made better food and drinks with my feet."

"I was having a severe diabetic reaction while in the area because a loved one in the hospital. I stopped at Sheets and they were no help. Regina was working the counter and gave me immediate aid. THANK YOU, REGINA. After I recovered I ate a delicious breakfast. Came back the next day."
