"We took our son who's 6 years old. He has some sensitivity about getting his haircut but really enjoyed his experience at Sharkey's with Allyssa. She did a great job at making him feel right at home, allowed him to choose which car he wanted to sit in, allowed him to choose his favorite cartoon to watch, went slow with him and explained the process with him as she went along providing him with a quick break when needed. Afterwards, she gave him a balloon and lollipop which made him leave with a smile on his face and a stylish haircut!"

"We brought our 3 year old for her first ever hair style and cut. We were blessed to have Quinn as her stylist. Quinn did an awesome job!! We will definitely return. I definitely recommend Sharkey's for anyone with kids. The 45 minute drive was definitely worth it!!"

"I had a great experience here and let me start if by saying I was so picky about where I was going to go to get my son's first haircut because it was a big deal and a big memory. Our stylist was Elisa and she was wonderful! She was so kind and patient and did the best haircut for my son. As soon as I sat my 13 month old in the car for his haircut he was interested but quickly wanted to get back into my arms and started to cry but Elisa asked what he would like to watch if he was allowed and I told her Mrs. Rachel and she put her on for my son and instantly he was so mesmerized, he didn't care about anything except Mrs.Rachel. he was able to were the apron as well. Elisa did such a wonderful job on his haircut that I wasn't even sad anymore. He looked so dapper and handsome afterwards! She made sure to only use scissors so that way he didn't get scared because clippers are scary. Afterwards we got a certificate and a lock of his hair along with a picture since we got the first haircut package. Although is was $39 which is a bit expensive I'd spend it all again and will when I bring him back because it was worth it. He was able to be entertained so that way he could get his haircut. It was so clean in there as well. And after all that he got to play in some of the other cars, he really liked the fire engine because they had a toy hat and fire extinguisher he could play with. He also got a lollipop and a balloon. Just an amazing experience and I will be going back and I would highly recommend them. I have attached a before picture (1) and after pictures."

"Great staff that work so nicely with the kids. We have 3 kids that usually do back to back to back appointments and they're always great about getting the next one started to get us through quickly. They also have cool little prizes for the kids. Every time we mention hair cuts, the kids always ask if we're going back to the same place and it has now become our "go to" place even though it's a 30 minute drive for us. Highly highly highly recommend!"

"Great experience and owners are wonderful! The place is super cute and has great options for kids of all ages. Fun cars for the little ones and bigger chairs with video game options for the bigger kids. Took my son and he loved it and can’t wait to go back! He got to play Xbox while getting his haircut. Got an ice pop, balloon, and got to make a donation to a charity of his choosing of the salon at the end. Haircut came out great too! Will be back again with my daughter. They even do a quick polish change for the little girls!"
