"Poor service. Wasn’t satisfied with the exfoliation process of the spa pedicure. The technician barely used any exfoliation at all which is one of the key parts of a spa pedicure. When I asked for the tech to do the exfoliation again, she refused to do it and wouldn’t complete the service. I’m shocked at this because it was a simply ask and the salon was not full. My time and the tech’s time was wasted. I am a returning customer at this location, and this is the first time I received such terrible service. I’m thoroughly disappointed."

"I have been going to this salon for several year. NEVER AGAIN! My friend had a bad experience with me, it was her first time, with a tech who didn't even acknowledge she was speaking to him, several times. He did a horrible job on her pedicure. I got a mani and pedi which were substandard and I am still sore from his cutting my finger in addition to the cuticle. But the worst thing is the VERY NEXT DAY SOMEONE USED MY CREDIT CARD AT WALMART FOR A CHARGE OF OVER 800.00. IT HAS TO BE THE PERSON FROM STAR NAILS. DO NOT GO HERE. I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN!"
