"Its almost unfortunately this store has so many cute things because they lack in customer service. I was given a great gift that didn't fit me, so I went to exchange it - but unfortunately they have a "final sale" policy on every item, including clothing (??). I asked to have the manager call me, who never did. I WAS able to exchange my shirt for an exact price/exact item match, but I was still so disappointed in the experience of it all - I won't be going back, especially for clothing."
