"Unfortunately when coming in to buy an entire set of serving wear, 26 pieces in total, the old bat behind the counter looked up and told my 4 year old daughter, who was pointing out that she found what we were looking to buy, to “don’t touch anything!”. She didn’t say hi, or even let us get 10 feet into the store. She was not touching anything, holding my hand and I was about to spend over a thousand dollars on something I’d picked out, saved for, brought the husband to carry out to the car, and was happy and excited to support a small and quiet store. Happy that I chose to turn around and leave immediately. My husband was annoyed, looked up the brand and we found it in another store, in another town and I’m so glad I spent my $1,007 somewhere with nice CUSTOMER SERVICE."
