"I come here everyday. First time in a while I’ve had a problem. The bald white man calling me stupid… ME, the customer in front of another employee when they don’t do their job correct. BTW I still haven’t gotten paid for the two days I worked at this location. I have texts from Amanda the supervisor and Victoria the GM minime… I know the whole process Mcdonalds operations from A-Z. Don’t call me stupid., AGAIN."

"I usually just place my order by drive-thru, but this time I chose to dine in, and I am so glad that I did. The food was prepared well, but it was the service that blew me away. The place was somewhat busy, but the short wait was communicated immediately and I appreciated that. The food was fast and fresh and exactly what I ordered, which is sadly not always the case nowadays. This was every bit of a satisfactory experience in itself, but what happened next is the reason I spent the time to write this review. As I was eating my delicious burger and fries, I noticed that one of the workers was going around to each patron’s table. It was the fry cook, and when he arrived at my table he asked “How is everything?” You would have thought this man was the founder by how delighted he was to ask the question, but no, just a man who takes pride in his work. I mentioned how the fries were top tier. “I made them.” He said with a great big smile on his face. His infectious enthusiasm and care of his craft, added a touch of authenticity that transformed a simple meal into a memorable encounter. In a world that often rushes past human connections, encounters like these should remind us of the joy that can be evoked in others. I left McDonalds that day feeling optimistic, hoping that someone somewhere was making another person’s day like mine was made at the Moon Township McDonalds on Gracy Center Way."

"For $10 please learn how to make a big Mac FFS. NOTHING between two buns and then the rest of the big Mac on the bottom bun. Is everyone working at McDonald’s just so bloody stupid??? Y’all expect $16 an hour but can’t a properly arrange a burger. Give me a break. So done with this location!"

"I went at 8pm august 11. The person ordering was rushing me and kept asking “is that all” before I finished my sentence after each item. Asked for Buffalo sauce which I didn’t get, my milkshake was a quarter chocolate and mostly vanilla when I asked for chocolate. And my large fry was barely filled. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before so I know this was bad service"
