La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Pittsburgh Airport

"One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.. to begin with, I waited 30 mins for the shuttle even though the hotel is only about 12 mins away. When I checked in, the front desk did not greet me, or smile, or welcome me. She said "License." I gave her my license and got my room key, and she lost my license in the process. Luckily we were able to find it. The rooms are weird.. the decor is very old, only one of my lamps worked, and I was lucky to find one outlet that worked. The walls are paper thin so get ready to hear the housekeeper's singing from 3 rooms down. The bathrooms are gross. I stumbled across hair on the shower walls, and the shower head looked like it was from 1973. That's older than my dad!! I was lucky to get this room for under $90, but I still unfortunately expected better. The thing that got them 2 stars is the early breakfast. It starts at 3:30 am, so if you have to start your day early and usually have to leave before the hotel breakfast starts, you're in luck."

"Great place to stay. The room was clean. The staff was great. Fast check-in. Charging station for hybrid cars. Breakfast; eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, oj, apple juice, waffles, were available. Good price. Right by the airport. PizzaHut, primanti brothers, two minute walk. Gas station close buy. Perfect. Highly recommended."

"I stayed at this La Quinta next to Pittsburgh airport on Dec29, 2023 and it was the best! It had a 24/7 shuttle to/ from the airport which we really needed because we had just returned our rental car. The shuttle came quickly to pick us up. In the morning, we had a 6am flight so we caught the 4:30am shuttle and there was already the free breakfast laid out that early. Reception desk person was very good at night and in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent, quaint little place that offers free hot breakfast and shuttle to the Pittsburgh airport. The floor is hardwood, which gives me peace of mind knowing it's easier to clean than carpet. For breakfast they have scrambled eggs and sausages, milk and cereal, 2 waffle makers, bagels and toasters, yogurt, and fruits. Shuttle runs 24 hours, every 30 minutes to the airport until 11am, and by request the rest of the day. Plenty of restaurant options nearby as well. I went and got takeout from Primanti's before checking in."

"The front desk staff could be a little but more friendly. I felt like they didn't want to be bothered when I was checking in and out like a rushed feeling. The tub had hair in it and bed sheets had hair on it. Other than those 3 things it was a nice stay quiet and chill."
