"The worst party city EVER!!!!! Been waiting for curb side for over 40 minutes. Do not waste your time coming to this location."

"Last weekend before Halloween and I had no costume for a party on Saturday night. I desperately tried to find something suitable for the last minute. Party City...was my hope to satisfy that need. Many of the shelves were bare. I spied a "dreadlocks" Bob Marley style. The line for the cashier's was to the back of the store, but was quickly served. They know how to give customer service."

"I went to Party City in Forestville, MD yesterday to get balloons for my daughter's bday that was the next day. There were lots of teens employed which is fine. However, when I purchased I was not told that they lasted up to 8 hours. What a huge disappointment. I called back today and the manager "Makayla" said I needed to return to repurchase more balloons. I would dare to question if she was even a manager. To charge an extra $1.40 per balloon for helium to only last 7 hours is ridiculous. Dollar Tree balloons last longer. Im giving the teen workers a pass. This is poor management. She even had the nerve to say "we" tell everyone they last a short time. Who would pay that much for such a short time. I would not recommend. Do better Party City."

"It was my co-workers 21st birthday and I wanted to celebrate at at the office with the rest of the staff. I went online and placed the order for some balloons, sash, drinking cup and candle. I was notified immediately after I placed my order that it will be ready for pick up within 10-15 minutes. I then received a missed call from an employee by the name of Zach and when I returned the call I was told that one of my items was not in stock. Upon arrival I was greeted rapidly by Zach!. I explained I was here for pick up and he showed me where my items were located, bagged nicely with the balloons in the holding area. I mentioned about the item not in stock but he said that he was able to find it. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I love this NEW location. Store was clean and organized. Thank you Party City of Forestville, MD for making my transaction run smoothly. Highly recommend."

"Party City offers a wide verity of decorating party supplies for your special occasion/event to satisfy your party planning needs and you can get this all at an affordable prices. A staff member who was working the floors was very patient and helpful with assisting us with everything that we needed. Checking out with the cashier I appreciate the staff customer service, they were welcoming, friendly and helpful with our orders. This location was clean and offers plenty of parking spaces."
