"Young blonde lady on Fridays is rude and impacts the environment in a bad way. You should not accept resellers to work here. Many people feel this way. Bring back only positive people who have no connection to reselling."
"With their gates open, I was intercepted at 2:15pm with a handful of donations and told that they closed at 2:00pm. I explained that I didn’t need any assistance and pleaded for permission to drop my things and be gone. They refused. On my way past 15 minutes later, their gates were STILL open. I wasn’t dropping an outrageous amount on them. Two hands full of things."
"I went here for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience. The sales clerks were all very friendly, and there was a good selection at very good prices. I even got a 15% discount since it was a Friday, and I am over 55 (way over!). I am getting ready to bring a huge amount of women’s shoes and boots, many still in boxes and unworn. If you are size 8 1/2- 10 shoe size, it is worth checking out. All proceeds go to Project Echo, so it is a great cause."
"Clean, organized and there's always something there I end up buying. Clothes are all in good or great condition, clean, and wrinkle free. Home goods area is nice, it's full of reliable (albeit second hand) equipment and there's always some great finds. Staff is super friendly and it's a staff of volunteers. Proceeds go to helping the homeless. So many great things about the whole operation that if you haven't been there I highly recommend!"
"I love shopping here every week. I find so many great items for cheap prices. Ive found many clothing items that still had tags on them for only $6! The items originally cost $50 to 80 in stores. Got a bra for only $1 that had never been worn and still had the tags. Now that its holiday season, Ive found many adorable ornaments for only 25 cents. The staff is very friendly and more than accommodating to make sure you have a great shopping experience! Best thrift store Ive ever been to and plus the purchases goes towards helping those in the community!"
