"I was giving a one hour wait time on my delivery, after an hour I called saying I still had not received my food. They called the delivery driver, who stated when he went to the house, children ran up to the door and got the food. We have no children at our house. Another hour later, when we finally got our food, the delivery driver told us he was at this house and handed it to somebody who was in the front yard. He assumed the children lived here. When I called the restaurant explaining the situation twice now, stating it was his mistake and we'd like some sort of compensation for waiting 2 hours, the owner said "I don't really know what's going on, you got the food didint you? If you want a refund bring the food back, we assume if they're by the house they live there too" I told him several times that I received no apology, and the driver Robert was extremely rude and clearly had several stories of what happened. This was the worst experience I've ever had; the food was not worth the wait, and the owner gave no apology for their mess up, instead he stated it was an inconvenience for them because they had to make the food twice. I've never received such bad customer service, not even a simple apology is disgusting."

"Ordered food delivery driver took it to the wrong house gave it to some kids walking on the street had to reorder owner would not refund money delivery driver lied to us when he got here and was very rude if Robert is delivering your food I don't suggest getting it delivered"

"I always order from this place and it’s gotten worse. I loved the food/prices were fair. I believe they hired a new girl there because this girl sounded totally different i ordered my usual thing i got the wrong food the dumplings are way more oilly spring rolls had burnt mushrooms in it ."

"This is ridiculous not the first time it happened. Ordered chicken with peppers and onions (payed extra to have more chicken) and got barely any chicken. The flavor is great. However if I'm paying $extra for chicken I at least expect some meat in it. Also the delivery takes almost 1.5hrs."
