"Didn't get in because no one seemed to care about unlocking the door at 3pm. When I called, a very rude lady answered and didn't say she would open the door. We went to Coaches across the street and got really nice ppl to take care of us. I called Pour House later and same ignorant lady answered and refused to let me talk to Mary the manager! You won't stay open with employees like that working there!!"

"Food was ok—The employee who took to go order on phone was so rude and unpleasant and this wasn’t the first time dealing with her. Won’t be calling for carry out again."

"Stopped in for dinner and a beer. Had nice visit. Staff was great and did good job waiting un us. Food was good and came out quick. Beer selection was good and had a nice pint."

"The atmosphere is nice. Cozy feel and well kept. Server was very nice. Pretty simple menu, which usually means a place does a few things very well. With that being said, the food was very disappointing. I had the garbage can nachos. The ground beef was not seasoned with taco seasoning and had the unmistakable flavor of meat that has been reheated in the microwave. The chips were apparently kept in a warmer or heated up in the oven before adding toppings and were left in too long. Additionally, they seasoned them with steak fry type seasoning salt. I wouldn't have even ordered the nachos, but I was told they were unable to make pizza because of staffing. That eliminated 25% of the menu right out of the gate. Good heavy pour on the drinks, so that helped dull my senses enough to eat the food. I will try again sometime and see if it was just a staffing issue."

"The food is exceptional. They also offer a daily taco which is different each day and they create their own sauces, we had those for appetizers. They were outstanding. Our dinners were everything we expected. You can't go wrong. This is a fantastic place to go for casual dining"
