Burger King

"We like going into this Burger King in the morning. We just aren't to crazy about the new machines you use to place your orders. We liked it better when the crew took our order and it was more personal then."

"This is by far the worst Burger King in Ohio. We today ordered on the app, and they still couldn't get our order right. They definitely can't count, and everything was so cold and not fresh. The cheese wasn't even melted on our burgers, and the fries were cold and rubbery. The staff is unpleasant, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I have tried to reach out to management multiple times without any response back. Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store, but its the worst one we have been to. We keep trying because it is closest but will definitely drive farther if we choose to even go back to a Burger King"

"Horrible service- the staff somehow is incredibly inaccurate with your order while being one of the slowest fast food drive throughs I have ever been to. Got home and I got a completely different sandwich than what I asked for, and I had to double check that my Coke was a diet because my sticker said regular, so the staff person at the window had to make a new one because she wasn't sure. Just don't bother coming here if you don't want to wait 10 minutes for poor service."

"My mother (who is older and not into technology)and I went in to order and were made aware that we could only order from the brand new kiosk. Okay, fine. I've done it before at McDonald's. It wasn't that difficult to navigate, but at one point we asked an employee a question, and she said, "I'm not really sure, we just got these." Well gee thanks. Then we went to pay and told the employee that we wanted to pay with cash. She said we could pay at the register. She had to have the other guy sign her in, which took like 5 minutes. We waited a really long time when there wasn't anyone at the restaurant to get our order. One guy came in after us and waited a bit and got his food before us. Our order was finally ready and he placed it on the counter on a tray when we ordered it to go. We didn't get our drink cup until we asked for it twice. Now my mom was just as irritated as I was and got short with the guy who then returned the snappy attitude to her. It was very unprofessional. When we got home, the fry boxes barely had any fries in them, and the food was stone cold. There were 5 people working there tonight, I'm not sure what the problem was, but the attitudes were terrible. And the fact that you can only order from the kiosk is a terrible, terrible, move on Burger Kings part. There are a lot of people who will struggle and get frustrated trying to order food. And don't tell me they should go through the drive-through. That can be just as frustrating. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 havesies."

"Though the food does have a tendency to come out on the slower side, the staff is always a pleasure and make up for it. They are always a pleasure when I come through and have had some funny moments of Irene mixing up lunch with breakfast and the crew yelling no at her. Will definitely keep coming back"
