"As circle k is the closest convenient store close to the school, its a frequent stop for the restroom while waiting between drop off times and pick up times. A few weeks ago the toilet bowl holding tank did not have water and the handle didn’t work right so it did not flush. I told the employee and they told me they were aware and getting a plumber out to look at it. After a week we stopped by for to use the restroom before we got our slushy. The toilet was still having the same issues but flushed a little better, but the tank was empty and the handle was even more broke. I told the store employee she rolled her eyes and said yes I’m aware we already have a ticket in for the toilet to get fixed. With the given attitude i decided not to buy a slushy from her. Well it’s a week later and I wanted some coffee and my three year old needed to use the restroom.... the employee behind the register said I’m not sure when he asked for the key... she went into the office and told jill (the store manger who I very rarely see out of the office sitting on her chair back to the store.) she came out and told me we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom because we broke it by putting whole rolls of toilet paper in the toilet; everyone that knows us knows that’s something we clearly wouldn’t do.... any ways the issues with the toilet were not toilet paper in the toilet related at all. She was very rude and disrespectful, mid conversation she told me to leave and walked into the office. After I took my son to dollar general to Use the bathroom, where they always greet us nicely and happy to see him I dropped him off at school. Stopped back in circle k to ask for jills name because when I was in there the first time today her name tag was on backwards. Asked for her she came out of the office with attitude and i simply asked for the regionals phone number and her name. She wrote her name and a phone number down. Told me to leave the store or she was gonna call the cops. And I didn’t know what I was talking about. So I left. My fiancée called to get the regional manager number because the number Jill gave me was a costumer service number for circle k’s on the other side of the United States. She then asked for his info and said she was going to call the cops if he didn’t provide her all his personal information. Today wasn’t the only time I felt not welcomed and disrespected by Jill when I went in to purchase my drinks or food. I just blew it off that she was having a bad day. But after this today it’s just her—— very unprofessional and disrespectful. We will not be going back. I was also informed after the time today that she has tried to move to other stores and they will not allow her because how she lacks professionalism and respect for people. I can clearly see that."

"Wow!!! Is all I can say. This is a small community location; we frequent this store often since it is in the heart of our town, but after today's experience we will not be going back while Jill (the store manager) is employed. My fiancee, and 3 year old son were at this location earlier today before school dropoff and ended up using the restroom. The toilet had needed maintenance performed, which employees had been notified of twice over a two week period by us alone; the reply was that there was a ticket in for repair. Today Jill threw the accusation that we had broken the toilet and put rolls of toilet paper in it... anyone who knows us knows we would do no such thing, or let our children do such a thing. After school dropoff my fiancee went back to get the regional managers number, and was provided a customer service number that wasn't associated with Pennsylvania Circle K stores and told to leave or the police were being called. I called the store shortly after asking for the regional managers number, which is when she told me that she was calling the police as well!!! Wow!! After calling other locations we recieved a different number, left a message, and are awaiting a call back from customer service. This is disgusting behavior, and judging by previous reviewing of this location it looks as if Circle K doesn't seem to mind? I don't know, but in my opinion this isn't acceptable conduct."
