"Incredibly rude service here. There are probably some employees that are perfectly fine, but when I went on a night when I was the only person in the building, I had the worst experience possible. All I asked was why they wanted my address and I got a smart remark about "do you want a haircut or not. The person there told me I was being rude but I'd love to show everyone the video so I could prove otherwise. To add to that, it was pretty funny when she was *yelling* at me for raising my voice (which I did not). My guess is that the people there saw the snowy night and did not want to work. I've done quite a number of Google reviews and I believe this is the first time I've ever done one with 1 star."

"Worst haircut in my life! Was to be layered and blended, like in the photo I showed stylist; but it was blunt and blocky, horrible! The stylist did not wet my hair or change scissors or position of scissors when layering! My hair looks like my little grandson cut it! I will never go back!"

"I would definitely recommend this place. But did he not take appointments. But you can go online and schedule to be taken within 2 hours. You may have to wait a little bit but that assures you will be taken if you walk in at that time"

"Well it told me it will only take 45 mins I can't use texing on phone so I call in they told me they would fit me in . I told the lady that cut my hair about it , it took 3 hrs waiting there , she said she would cut my hair , she got mad I think because she ask me what I wanted a trim ,but she cut my hair and never ask to cut side burns she cut them one is almost none the other was half ear how do you fix that. They cut my hair they ask if they want my side burns cut and I tell them no she cut my side so short that there is none on one side and the other is half ear thats not right. I will add picture later off my wifes phone. I will let others no how she cut my hair so fast .I have a Business for 35 yrs A Painters Touch and work with alote of people I treat them with repected , ladies there say it will be so much a wait but three people got tire of waiting and walked out . I did not because I thought they where a professionalcompany , Great Clips"
