"today the dr told me that there wasn’t “enough time for us to cover my symptoms,” after i explained to the receptionist my current health problems. i was told that i would be able to talk to the dr about them at my appointment time. only one symptom was covered and everything else there “wasn’t enough time for”. i’m so glad that i was able to make an appointment to try and get help & advice but left in tears."

"We have been going to Hunterdon Pediatric Associates for 2 years now and we have two young children. They have handled the high volume of calls and appointments during some of the worst peak illness seasons in the last two years and we have always been able to get a same day or next day appointment when needed. They have worked to streamline the calling system, the receptionist staff are welcoming, as are the nurses. We have seen a handful of the doctors in different locations, when we can't schedule our primary choice and haven't had any complaints. We love Dr. Potts and will continue to see her whenever we can in Sandhill or Washington. I will add that I don't know very many Pediatric Offices with extended hour days or weekend hours. This is a huge plus!"

"We called for an appointment as our daughter had a 102+ fever and runny nose. The office told us to call back in three days if symptoms persisted. The symptoms did not go away, so we were finally able to get an appointment. However, in the meantime, my wife developed symptoms. At the appointment for our daughter, the Dr did not take any flu or covid test. Fast forward to today, and my wife tested positive for the flu. We told the office and of course now they say it's too late to give our daughter tamiflu. Bottom line - if they had seen my daughter when we first called, she could have gotten medication then and perhaps my wife wouldn't haven't gotten the flu, and we'd actually be able to see our family on Thanksgiving. Telling a 4 year old to suffer through a fever without even letting her come in for an appointment is gross malpractice. So yes, I'm directly blaming this office for missing Thanksgiving this year."
