"I recently went to Sophisticated Smiles because I lost confidence in the dental service I had been seeing (a large corporate “factory” dental service). The “factory” doctor started doing a crown replacement that turned into a tooth extraction without any explanation on the process. I wanted a second opinion on work required and went to see Dr. Mark. who referred me to endodontic specialist who confirmed the the “factory” dentist work could have saved the tooth but now am extraction was required, IDr, Mark did the extraction. All through the process Dr. Mark explained every step required and what to expect and how the process would progress. Nobody wants to go the the dentist and an extraction of a tooth is not a pleasant thought. Dr, Mark was wonderful! This was the most pain free and pleasant dental work I think I have ever had is my 71 years. At the “factory” dentist I never felt any connection with the staff. The staff at Sophisticated Smiles were wonderful to deal with. Very friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend De. Mark and Sophisticated Smiles."
