Bay House Oyster Bar & Restaurant

"My girlfriend and I came here for my birthday this past Saturday. We were very impressed. We've always wanted to try oysters. Our waitress was very helpful with the terminology and the selection of the oysters. For our entrees, we got the Delmonico steak and the lamb shank, which was delicious! All sides and entrees are la carte. The portions are a good size. The hot sauce with the oysters was phenomenal. The only downside is the restaurant is made out of glass and being right on the water it was very cold inside the restaurant."

"Stunning interior that reminds you of a speakeasy, but bright! Beautiful views of the Bayfront from the bar. Craft cocktails where you can taste the freshness of the ingredients, excellent service and while we only had the ahi nachos, delicious food. If you are in the area, this place is a must stop."

"Met some friends for drinks and appetizers. This is my second time here and was just as good as the first time, if not better. We sat in the bar area with open windows and a great view of the bay. It was cool to watch a storm roll in complete with lightning and thunder. All of the drinks were delicious, including the smoked Old Fashioned. I was hesitant on getting the oysters being spoiled by eating them in SC. They were delicious, you could tell they were fresh. Looking forward to going back."

"The restaurant is easy to get to, the food was delicious and my boyfriend said they were the best oysters he's ever had. You can sit outside on the patio to enjoy your meal or have it indoors. Our waitress was excellent and friendly. We went to this restaurant twice in the same week while on vacation. Will definitely visit again."
