"TERRIBLE customer service FROM THE MANAGER. Said my food must’ve been stolen almost like he was expecting me to fix it. You are the one who’s supposed to fix an order if it is incorrect or misplaced, etc. Said all that with an attitude. Now half my food is cold as ice while some is warm. Also. Got home and realized I was missing MORE FOOD after they said they got it all. Terrible, terrible experience. Terrible management. Disappointed in our fast food industry lately and this just tops it off. Don’t go here for an order that consists of 4+ people. You won’t get your food. Thanks."

"I went into the bathroom and as I was washing my hands a male employee came out of the stall pulling his pants up and flushed the toilet. He walked out in front of me and went back behind the counter, put his gloves on and started preparing food. All without washing his hands. We walked out because we didn’t want a side of feces or Hepatitis A with our food."

"The place was filthy. Everything we ordered was burnt. There was an employee's bike in the entrance that my fiance couldn't get past in her wheelchair. The food took forever to come out. DO NOT GO HERE. There is much better McDonalds near 40th and peach and on upper peach. This one is awful. Food here is gross."

"Very nasty place, over flowing garbage can. None of the tables was wiped off.there was teenage kids in there not even eating pulling each other's pants down and grabbing each other while there was younger children in there eating."
