"This is a nice mcdonalds and it is one of the only ones who are still 24 hours. With that being said they tend to get very busy and have long lines between 11-2. The employees handle it well though and with a smile pm their faces."

"Waited 20 minutes for them to bring me the wrong food numerous times. Then after finishing the lunch rush, continued to serve everyone else. Wasn’t until I came in and demanded a refund that they finally gave me my food. I politely refused and took my refund. Will not be returning."

"Tried ordering from app. Was told that they didn't have the meal deal I wanted. So, is it a location thing? When I asked, she brushed me off, well literally flung her fingers in the air and said, "I don't know nothing about that!" She was rude and could have handled it better. Extremely busy and seem to never have enough staff."

"This review is for all parents that have sons or daughters working at this McDonald’s. Adrienne the general manager has people skills of a dead fly. My son has been sick for 2 weeks and was in the emergency room the second week. He only works one day a week and unfortunately had to call off. Her comment to him was “wow this is the second week in a row” and proceeded to hang up on him. Didn’t bother to ask how are you or say I hope you feel better. Nothing! Just rudely hung up on him. This isn’t someone who should even be in a management position treating people like that! Work on your people skills Adrienne!!!"

"waited over 20 minutes in line for this. asked for side of big mac sauce when i ordered and by the time i got around to the second window to pick up my order they forgot it. asked for it before even pulling out. took them another 5 minutes to say they were understaffed and it needed replaced so they didnt know how long it would be until they could get me some"
