Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Family road trip to Erie had us stop at this Applebee's for the first time. The service was great. Super friendly staff and quick with our order however the food was disappointing. Maybe we should've ordered something different. I guess we'll have to try again next time we're in the US."

"For a chain restaurant it was pretty good. Had the Bacon Ranch Crispy Chicken sandwich which was quite good. The fries were just that - fries. Next time I'll order the same sandwich and switch out the fries in favor of the mashed potatos, as they looked pretty good."

"We come every year with friends and around the same time of year... And have always had great service and great food and drinks. This year was not the same at all. They had special drink specials listed on line and on their door... But told us they were not available "between times". The food was good but the place smelled so bad... And very dirty. Tables were sticky... Carpets were disgusting. We watched numerous employees cleaning and walking by this mess of food and napkins all over the floor and nobody would touch it...until we actually said something. We all agreed, that none of us would be back again. Too bad a place we had such good memories at before... We will never go back."

"Each year, on the same weekend, we organize a girls' shopping trip, and without fail, we always visit the same Applebee's. This time around, we were fortunate to have Alyssa as our waitress, and her exceptional service left us all truly impressed. The quality of the food and drinks took a back seat as our delightful interaction with Alyssa became the highlight of our evening. I could rave on and on about her. She is truly one of the best waitresses I've ever had. We will be coming back, and we hope to have Alyssa again."

"Stayed in area for weekend and we had dinner here... server Chris was very friendly and offerred great service. Food was great, tasty and a lot of choices. We had bourbon chicken and shrimp, riblet platter and the cheesy spinach dip with nacho. Long Island ice tea and passion fruit drink for the wife. Overall experience was fabulous and would return when in area again."
