"Hands down this is the absolute worst Texas Roadhouse I've ever been to! We were in town for a hockey tournament over the weekend, ordered pickup- big mistake! When we got the food back it was awful! Our hotel was literally 3 minutes from the restaurant so not a long drive and everything was still warm. The cheese fries were incredibly overcooked. The cheese had turned to rubber and the fries were actually hard all the way around from how long they baked or sat under the heat lamp. My son ordered burgers, as seen in the picture the burgers were burnt pucks and the cheese was completely charred. I got a house salad that tasted fine, thankfully, but was tiny and disappointing. This whole meal was a complete waste! Yes, the restaurant was busy, it was a Satursday night so we would have completely understood the food taking a little extra time or something possibly being a little messed up but this was insane! Super disappointed!!"

"How do you confuse a loaded baked potato for mashed potatoes? I was really craving a loaded baked potato and that ruined my night. And they forgot my side of hot sauce for my chicken strips. Plus I NEVER ordered green beans, I ordered sauteed mushrooms . I'd rather fly to Texas and get authentic Texan food than ever eat here again."

"Good experience, got waited on right away. The rolls came right away and were hot and good. I just wish they gave you an option of butter. The cheese fries came out quickly and were good and soon followed by the fresh salads. I had the bone in ribeye, and it was cooked perfectly along with the baked potato. The wife had the pork chops with a sweet potato and loved her dinner. We were definitely surprised when we found there was no internet available."

"Came in and ordered wings and two sides with a entree for the lady and I. I took a bite of the boneless wings and noticed it was gooey. I spit it out to find out that it was all raw. Alerted briana the waitress and she has a constant attitude and kept saying "would you like them extra well done"? Very unprofessional. Never knew they serve chicken in any other way then fully cooked lol. Canceled my order and never got any refund for food I never received after manger on duty stated I would. Will also be in contact with the health department."
