"Order a few items online was took to pick up at 9 AM order was not ready came back a few hours latter order was still not ready manager Sherley didn’t care blamed I ask if they could deliver but she said I had to pay I rented a truck to get the stuff but she still didn’t care she said it was store policy and she said she could cancel the order if I was unhappy"

"Manager was very rude when I told her that the Columbia store had called ahead for me to pull the tool box down ahead of time, so that all I would have to do is pay and go. She said "we don't do that here" honestly the other staff and my cashier were alot more friendly and wanting to help me get what I came for. I want shop at this store again!"

"The racism at this store was insane. They did not help me with my return at all. The attitude that the cashier had was unbelievable, they probably let that slide here at this location because the manager was the same way, RUDE. No manners whatsoever. But if we would have been their same race they would have definitely helped smh. The manager should be ashamed of how she run things in this store. We went to another location afterwards and the employees were SO HELPFUL. Definitely recommend people to ditch this location and go to the hyatsville home depot."

"They don't accept exchange if you buy from another store and let me go back to the store where I made the purchase, which will take me an hour. As I do this all the time in any other store, I think they can absolutely do this for me, but they just want to give me a hard time at the late night. And the lady who worked at the customer service was rude."
