"It saddens me to have to offer only three stars for this company, because my chairs and window bench cushions really did turn out beautiful. Unfortunately, the owner did not keep his word on the timeline for pickup of my chairs and missed his second pick up date as well. I will say, once he did pick up the items, the turn around was rather quick and he did discount the order to compensate me for the inconvenience. Nice guy, great work, poor follow through. Stay on top of your order if you give them a try."
