"My daughter just had a consult with Dr. Wallis as a new patient and he was curt and condescending from beginning to end. It was truly remarkable how rude he was, very hard to adequately describe this encounter. From the moment he walked in the room his body language, tone and attitude were unpleasant, and he was very snappy with us because we were asking questions. All of our questions were dumb questions, I suppose, because everything we asked was rudely shut down. If our questions were off base, all he had to say from the very beginning (nicely) was that the consult wasn't for us to ask about my daughter's teeth and it was solely to tell us about the surgery. I've worked with thousands of physicians for nearly 20 years as my customers, and I have never seen a bedside manner this cold, especially when your patient is a child. We left the consult without scheduling an appointment because I could not, in good conscience, schedule surgery with someone who treated us like at the first meeting."
