"I called Thursday 7/25/19 5:58pm I needed to find a dentist in my area and the representative Lucy, informed me that I would have to call back during normal business hours Mon-Thurs 8am-7pm. Again, I called Thursday at 5:58pm. I was confused as to why they were closed when I was “calling during normal business hours”. That’s when this woman explodes on the phone. She rudely goes AND? SO? What’s that have to do with me? I was not having this. I was just confused and needing more information. She said she was an answering service. I would suggest getting a new answering service."
