Pasta D'oro

"Excellent!!! Arrived early and we were seated immediately. Drinks came out quickly! The waiters staff was phenomenal...professional, helpful and friendly! There was 5 of us at the table. We ordered appetizers first and decided to wait with the rest of the food..glad we did!! The calamari was great! The beef tips on crustini and caramelized onions were fabulous! The charcuterie board was amazing! We finished the appetizers and most of us decided to just have a bowl of soup. The pasta fagioli and the butternut squash with candied walnuts were so good! Someone ordered the pasta carbonara...oh my goodness!!! We were glued to watching the waiter prepare that dish...his adding the vodka, lighting it and then adding the chicken! There were leftovers with the pasta carbonara. Yup...we had chocolate bread pudding which was wonderful! Our new favorite Italian restaurant....THANK YOU!!!"

"What a gem to have in this neck of the woods. The 4 of us made reservations & I strongly advise that you do too! My mozzarella caprese & my flounder entree were delicious. Some pros & cons to some of our items but all around its a "we have to go back" kinda place. Katelyn our server was most gracious, all the staff were friendly. Kudos."

"Had the lobster ravioli special which just kept getting better with every bite. Often these types of dishes are so overly rich that you feel your cholesterol go up with every bite and your life expectancy shorten. (Yeah, I ordered it anyway). This wasn't that. The dish didn't rely on ten pounds of butter and cream to achieve amazing flavors. I could thoroughly enjoy the dish without feeling guilty for eating it! Kudos to the chef. Also with meeting the extremely attentive and friendly service. Five stars all around."

"Delicious and super fresh food and the best part it's ten minutes from home!! Love that they use fresh herbs and everything is homemade (or at least it tastes it... No canned sauces here!) The only downside is it's extremely loud when the restaurant is full so table conversation is difficult... Idk if they could put sound tiles on ceiling or what but that's the only drawback. Service is impeccable... It's a group effort of servers so things are constantly flowing."

"We had the most amazing time at their monthly themed wine pairing dinner. The food, the service and the entertainment were far beyond my expectations. This dinner was Italian theme, the owner and chef entertained us with his mozzarella, making skills homemade pasta in the torch cheese wheel was definitely an awesome show and so delicious. The steak was so tender it melted in our mouths. The amount of food you get for the price makes this one of the most valuable dinners in the Hudson Valley New York area we were there for a few hours and had an incredible time, we already signed up for the next dinner which is French cuisine. I feel like the staff can design, make, serve up whatever they set their minds to. We were especially impressed with the gratitude the owner displayed to the patrons, and most importantly his own staff. When he brought his entire kitchen crew out and introduced them and thanked them, it was a wonderful moment."
