"Love this Lowe’s. 95% of the time I come here I receive great service, friendly, informative, helpful. And the other 5% of the time it’s still friendly, informative, and helpful… I just have to wait a little bit for someone to get around to me. No biggie. Having said that, this past month, two of the times I’ve gone I’ve received BEYOND exceptional service that deserves to be acknowledged. Two weeks ago Jeff helped my husband and I out with some plexiglass. He was so quick, fair in pricing it out (the piece we wanted looked like it was used and returned), and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed. Now today, Carson helped my husband and I out with some outdoor smart cameras. He was so attentive, prompt, looked everywhere for the missing product, and ultimately helped us get what we needed by offering home delivery at the listed sale price. My husband and I were in and out of there so quick, and Carson was so kind and friendly the whole time. Both of these associates deserve acknowledgement for their service. Because of them, I will keep coming back to Lowes."
"We have been a frequent customer of the White Marsh Lowe’s for many years, with substantial purchases from yard and landscaping to a full kitchen renovation, and have always had a good experience, however, yesterday we faced the worst customer service from this store that has me thinking I will not go back. I was ready to purchase an item from the tool department but required assistance because it was locked in the case. We pressed the call button in that section for help, and after a few minutes, my wife requested help from the service counter nearby. They made an announcement over the loudspeaker to request assistance for us in the tool department. As this was announced, the nearest Lowe’s employee that was supposed to help us instead became verbally frustrated that he could not finish stocking shelves, muttering that he couldn’t ever get things done (with expletives) and throwing down the product he was organizing. As he approached me, I asked if he was ok, having heard his tantrum, but he just walked away, brushing off my question and concern with a wave of his hand and a few more grumbles, never providing us any assistance to unlock the product we wanted to purchase in the first place. This was so incredibly disrespectful. The main purpose of the employees at Lowe’s is to provide customer service. This should be the main focus of their job. Taking his frustration out in front of me was unprofessional and has made me consider taking my business elsewhere."
"My first experience was pretty good. The employees and manager have great customer service. One employee was nice enough to give me directions to their restrooms. Also, almost every employee who came across me gave me a greeting. I would come here again. I will need more time with them before I give them 5 stars. So far, so good."
"This home improvement and appliance store is very big. Just about every retail sales associate is helpful. There are good selections of tools, hardware, plumbing, home décor, lawn, and garden for your home. But the website has better selections. Certain items are a bit more expensive (when they are not on sale) than the competitors."
"I moved from Towson to Middle River, Maryland. I needed to purchase new curtains because my windows are longer in my new apartment verses my old one. I purchased curtain rides from your store and fixtures to hang pictures. Your associate in the aisle with the fixtures gave some advice. I haven’t yet hung the heavy photos with what he suggested but I am praying it works. I have less wall space then before because I down sized from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. Thank you for the great service."
