"Everyone in this store is so nice and helpful. They listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to upsell too much, which can be frustrating at other mattress stores. We went once to figure out which model we wanted and then came back a few weeks later to purchase. On our second visit, our salesperson Katelynne even remembered our names without skipping a beat. Makes you feel special. Thanks for a great experience!"
"I came into the store after work yesterday. I wanted to purchase a new bedsheet set. I asked the salesperson to look up my info to ensure I bought the right one for my bed. After washing the bedsheets, I noticed that I received the wrong ones. I received the king size for the split bed unit. I have a king, but the unit is not split so that both sides can rise separately. I am disappointed because the salesperson was very helpful in the store. I had an issue with my account, and we had to call customer service. It was corrected. However, I get home with the wrong product and must return it while living away from the location. The White Marsh and Towson locations closed. I usually go to Hunt Valley or Owings Mills because I shop at Wegmans. That means I have to go out of my way or make a real effort to return and exchange this set and put it on my schedule to do so. I am disappointed. I went back on Saturday, January 6, 2024, before rushing home to see the NFL Ravens game; the same salesperson was there and could make my exchange right away. He said he took a quick look when pulling off the shelf and saw King; he didn't realize it was a king split instead of a king."
