"Since 2020 I have had EIGHT transactions with Mattress Firm. On the west coast, I purchased the best mattress of my adult life, so much so I bought one for my Mother on the east coast. In 2023, I bought mattresses for my 2-bedroom home in Maryland. Every single mattress bought, plus the replacement mattresses on the east coast have given us one issue after the next. It has been a nightmare and we are still struggling with back issues from mattresses that sang during the night. I contacted the company, but they will not honor any warranties if the mattresses do not sag without bodyweight. Buyer Beware... I will never buy anything from Mattress Firm again."
