"I went to the CVS pharmacy, 723 Lombard Road, Red Lion, Pa at around 1030am and dropped off a prescription to be filled. The girl at the drop off desk said it would be ready in 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. I told her I would return in a couple of hours to pick it up. I returned at 3pm and went to the pick up desk to get my prescription. The young man behind the register asked for my name and dob which I provided. He entered the requested information but apparently it did not come up. He asked me for the information again and to spell the last name which I did. Again, my information did not come up. This was the second time that I used this pharmacy so I was certain I was in the system. Rather than ask for assistance from another more experienced employee, he told me to go back to the drop off desk. When I asked why he spun the computer monitor around and told me I wasn’t in the system and to go back to the drop off desk. I went to the drop off desk and the girl that waited on me took the requested information and had no problem getting my prescription. Needless to say this will be the last time I patronize a CVS pharmacy."
