"I booked an appointment with Aquilah a week ago. I show up for my appointment early to find out she’s not coming and is out of town! When I booked the appointment I left a note and asked to to contact me because I knew the price would change because I have micro Locs , I never heard from her…. I have a formal event to attend today… so this is even more disappointing because I wanted to looked my best. This is so unprofessional for a stylist to be a no show for an appointment that was booked in advance. As a business owner myself I couldn’t imagine treating my customers this way."
