She focused on my needs and took into consideration what style and colors I liked. Even when I changed my mind she was so understanding and vigilant as to what w wanted. She made me feel like I had control of my designs and w appreciated she consideration."

"My appointment was at 6pm I arrive and 5:50 pm didn't get acknowledged until 6:30pm and serviced at 6:45. Left the shop after 9pm. Horrible nail job at Glam Institute In Rosedale, MD $102 and 24 hours later the gel polish peeled off. Nails were done on April 28th a Friday and she couldn't fox them until Thursday may 4th. I asked for a coral polish and she brought me gel polish charged extra with me knowing. Nickel and dime me for everything and then I had to pay someone else to fix this.
