"I wasn’t going to leave a review but come on now… This location needs some help. Numerous times you guys have been outside talking instead of taking orders and if someone is taking orders you guys are constantly “sold out” of half the menu. On numerous occasions I was missing food in my bag. To top it all off after waiting 30 minutes for my order you guys gave me a quesadilla and didn’t even cut it … just a slab of bread and cheese. Disappointed with everything about this location."

"Placed a mobile order and I couldn't even get it. The doors were locked. 2 ladies with glasses one skinny and one big stood there while talking and looked at me while I stood there confused. Didn't even come up to explain what was going on. No sign on the door nothing. People were going in the drive thru and there was nobody helping anyone. I then went into the drive thru and nobody helped me there either. The store was clearly open. I drove up and I see the two ladies sitting down and eating instead of helping the 3-4 confused cars in the drive through. Imagine my shock when I honked to get their attention and the big one rudely shooed me away. Absolutely ridiculous. You don't close a store and then sit in there giving the impression that it's open."

"most ghetto taco bell i’ve ever been to the manager is fantastic but her crew of employees are awful. Food is always damaged if you get anything with a hard shell. Employees are constantly smoking weed everytime i go there i wouldn’t care if i got my food on time and it was edible! Save yourself the trouble. Every fast food in Monticello is terrible. Not to mention THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING. Wish this town had better service"

"No music playing inside, not one person greeted us when we walked inside. We waited at the counter for service for 3 minutes and went without acknowledgment. We ended up using the self ordering terminal. Once we were about to pay a rude woman turned the corner and barked that half of our order was not available. We changed our order and paid. Waiting approximately 6 minutes with no word of our food a team member walked out and let us know they didn’t have another piece of our order and offered to sub it out for another. Come to find out a minute later that the offered substitute item was not available either. The staff seemed to think it was quite funny, once we got our food, our un cut quesadilla was thrown carelessly on top of our squishy hard tacos and we did not receive our drinks. Needless to say this was a horrible, unsatisfying and disappointing visit to Taco Bell."

"I went to Monticello’s Taco Bell and ordered a Chalupa. There was not even a teaspoon of meat in it. They completely missed a meal and didn’t set my meals up an individual packages just threw it into one big bag and we had to dig for all our meals, this is ridiculous."
