"Today I had the pleasure of being yelled at in the drive through of this Mc Donald’s. It was approximately 2:15 pm and the doors were locked and I went through the drive through for multiple orders. One was a DoorDash order and the other was a personal order. The Young lady told me that I had to come inside and I had replied that the doors were locked and she yelled the doors are open and she went on yelling about how the doors were open. I’m sure if the cameras were working it would had showed me pulling on both doors to enter this establishment. Once I came in she didn’t say anything to me and when I asked for the manager she walked away ignoring me. Whatever happened to customer service? I refuse to patronize people who don’t appreciate my money. If you don’t like your job you should quit. I believe she was the manager because she had a gray shirt on and the head set."

"Went through the drive-thru 12/30/23, just before 4pm. Had to wait extra time for the meat to be cooked ... I get home and it's raw inside. So I called the store as I was explaining my issue the young girl who answered snapped at me it wasn't raw and their grills are on a timer and then hung up on me. Wish I could post the pic but I don't see that option. I know it's McDonalds but I'm disappointed."

"The food wasn’t really good the fries was cold and over cooked but the caramel frappe was great and the customer service was on point"
