"We purchased a mattress with adjustable base on Sunday May 21st. Orville was our sales clerk and he was very helpful. My problem is that my delivery came today and the delivery person asked about where to put the old mattress and today him I would like it to go down to the first floor and he said they don't do that. I was shocked and so proceeded to call the store. I spoke with Oluchi, I told her what the delivery person said and she told me that I should have told them that's what I needed, I told her that it was never discussed with me and it was their responsibility to inform me what delivery entails. She became annoyed and hung up the phone, so disrespectful. I am so upset that she didn't value the customer and customer service. Oluchi should consider how she deals with customers. Such a disappointment."
