"I've lived around the relatively close to this park we're almost 20 years in first time for visits LOL. Very nice park. Went there to bird watch trying to spot some Eagles they're known for nesting there unfortunately didn't see any. Maybe next time. Definitely worth a visit"
"Large camp ground with all the basic amenities. Site 066, 067, and 068 are the best. Right on the water, and 068 you can actually launch your kayak from the camp site. Great place to relax or take part in nature activites."

"A nice and clean family campground with access to many activities and amenities. The staff was nice and friendly, daily cleaning, and reasonable rates. Campfire wood isn't worth the six bucks, ice is 6 dollars for 20lbs. Will stay again, but booking website needs a lot of work."
"I don't see why there are several negative reviews. We had a great weekend camping. The camp host was very nice and the camp store staff were very friendly. There have been many recent improvements! New shower house and new restroom. Twenty new full hookups. The site we were on was great! Definitely will be back! We live about 45 minutes from here... but have never camped here. We always go to West Branch, which is always packed. Now we have a great alternative."
