Nestled in the heart of Cortland, OH, Pearl Park is a vibrant community hub dedicated to the joy and well-being of children ages 0-12. This family-friendly park offers a wide range of activities and facilities designed to entertain and educate young minds while providing a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Facilities and Activities:
- Soccer Fields: Perfect for young athletes to practice and play friendly matches.
- Softball/Baseball Field: A great spot for budding baseball and softball players to hone their skills.
- Playground Equipment: Featuring modern and safe play structures that will delight children of all ages.
- Splash Pad: A refreshing water play area perfect for hot summer days.
- Little Free Library: A charming mini-library stocked with a variety of books for all ages. Visitors are encouraged to take a book, leave a book, or simply enjoy a good read. Special thanks to Curt and Gerri Moll for their generous contribution in building this wonderful addition to our park.
- Pavilion/Picnic Area: Ideal for family gatherings and picnics, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Restroom Facilities: Clean and accessible restrooms for the convenience of all park-goers.
- Safety City (Coming Soon): An interactive educational space designed to teach young children about safety. This area will feature street signs, miniature buildings, and potentially working traffic lights to create a realistic and engaging learning environment.
