Eat'n Park

"They completely screwed up my order. I waited an extra 20 minutes for my food after it should have been done when there was nobody else there. Then I get it home and they didn’t give me some of the items I ordered and my wrap was made wrong. Called two separate times about the screw ups. Will not go here again."

"Awful experience. The waitress came once, served the food, had to chase her down to come a second time. Poor quality of food. They had to have been using old oil. Fish was drenched in butter. Go to the one in Robinson. Such poor quality & service. No manager seemed to be on duty either."

"Hello this is the first time dealing with this eat n park. We live in Pennsylvania and typically deal with the eat n park in robinson pa which is always amazing. Yesterday we were in Steubenville and decided to do our normal online order and puck up at the drive thru. Firgured it'd be the same just different location. Boy was I wrong. The person who was working drive thru wasn't the nicest and seemed more concerned in his phone than job. He was trying to rush even though no one was behind us. When getting home I realized our order was incomplete and what we did receive wasn't right or was burnt. I ordered a Buffalo crispy chicken salad. I received a grilled chicken salad. Ask for homemade ranch and received no dressing at all. Ordered mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce. The marinara had no lid so the sauce was all through the container and chesesticks were burnt. The hamburger that my husband ordered was burnt and gross. I ordered a dozen of smiley cookies and didn't even receive those. Spent almost 70 dollars and at least 30 dollars worth of food went in the garbage because it wasn't what we ordered or it was disgusting. I will never return to this eat n park and waste my money again. If my family wants eat n park I will stick with my usual of ordering online and picking up at drive thru in robinson pa. It might be further but definitely well worth it especially because they make sure I receive my whole order and make sure to do their job. If I could give no stars or negative I would. This has been the worst experience ever and was offered a $20 gift card that they will send in the mail. At least I can use the gift card at any eat n park. If it could only be spent in Steubenville it would go in the trash as well. Thanks for reading my review"

"My son and I ate here recently. The food and service is always good! I really enjoy the soup and salad bar and love their chili. My son got the burger deal and really enjoyed it! This is one of our staples when we’re in Steubenville because we love the salad bar! We’ll definitely be back."

"Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read my review! I have been here a couple of times now. Each time, it was good. decent priced and a saving grace with power outlets to charge my things when we lose power (like today). That being said, the food is so affordable, and you get decent sized portions. Their salads are huge! The Buffalo salad is delishious! Today, I had the turkey club with fresh cut chips and a cup of chili. The chili was really good. Not just hormel served as is. Their fresh chips are really good, too. Sometimes, you get an extra crispy one, and sometimes you get a softer one. It's a nice change of texture on the palate. I ordered the kids Mac n cheese and it was so good I wanted to eat it all haha yes its kraft but some places also serve kraft and it's dry and just not appealing. The best part is, kids 4 and under get to have the salad buffet for free! I was very happy with mine and my son's little lunch date today. I hope you all have an amazing day as well "
