"We went to John Rineholt's Upholstery after we thoroughly did our homework and found his reviews although few in number, were absolutely first class and the 3 - 4 people who posted reviews at that time about the quality of John's work, raved about it. This was our experience as John explained to my wife that the linen seat covers she wanted would not last and he explained to her that the choice we eventually made would last a long time and the 6 chairs actually look better than the original ones, which were very nice. John is an "old school perfectionist" and his price for high quality work was more than fair. We needed one chair welded so John had to use a welder, our cost was his cost = $10.00!! Please ignore the bad review on this 75 year old craftsman because we are calling John tomorrow to have him re-upholster a 66 year old piano bench for our son's family!! Call John & work with him, you will be extremely happy that you did!! John is 5**'s plus!!!!"

"I really hate to give bad reviews but called here and assumed it was the owner I talked to. I asked about getting sofa cushion pillows reupholster. He told me to bring one by tomorrow. I asked what time. He said he would be available a little after 9am until 1130am when he went to get lunch. I drove there the next day about 25 min from my house. Got there about 9:45 am, rang the doorbell and no one answered. So I called the number again and the same gentleman answered. He told me he was on his way to York to get supplies. Ummmm, wait, you said you would be here until 11:30am, so I wasted almost an hour of my time for nothing. He never even apologized. Went somewhere else. I can't speak to the quality of work, just my experience."
